About

Marcelina, founder of Efficiency Tactics, approached me to lead a complete rebranding of her consultancy - a firm specializing in helping organizations optimize business operations and implement strategic efficiencies. The scope of work included the full visual identity: logo redesign, brand color palette, typography, website architecture and design, business cards, email signature, presentation templates, and LinkedIn profile visuals.

Challenge

The brand needed to communicate professionalism, precision, and clarity while remaining approachable and visually distinct from competitors in the business consulting sector. Efficiency Tactics had grown rapidly, and its previous visual language no longer reflected its expertise or the premium nature of its services. Our challenge was to build a cohesive identity that combined strategic depth with a clean, confident aesthetic.

Collaboration

We began with a series of brand workshops to define Marcelina’s target audience, key market segments, and positioning relative to competitors. I conducted market research and presented a detailed analysis, which helped us refine the strategic direction. Marcelina then walked me through her service portfolio, client types, and workflow, providing the insights necessary to build a brand narrative aligned with her vision.

Together, we developed the website’s information architecture — iterating during live sessions to ensure the structure would be intuitive and client-oriented. This collaborative foundation informed every design decision that followed.

Solution

The creative process started with the rebranding - establishing a modern, minimalist visual language through carefully chosen colors and typography. We then planned and executed a dedicated photoshoot, for which Marcelina flew in from Copenhagen. Thanks to well-prepared moodboards, styling, and detailed shot lists, the session produced authentic, high-quality imagery that perfectly reflected the new brand tone.

The final phase focused on a comprehensive website, designed to balance sophistication with usability. Each section was structured for clarity, allowing visitors to easily navigate complex service offerings. The result is a digital presence that embodies efficiency in every detail - clean, intuitive, and visually striking, reflecting both Marcelina’s professionalism and the core values of her consultancy.
